I am Amelia, founder, and owner of Madrigal Threads. I am a seamstress from Stoughton WI who has been very involved in theater around town. If you have gone to see almost any show in Stoughton through Aligning Stars, the high school or the Syttende Mai shows by Stoughton Village Players in the last 4 years, I have likely been in them!
Theatre is where I discovered my adoration for costumes and makeup, though sewing has been something I picked up in quarantine through the summer of 2020.
I have graduated from SHS in 2021 and I am currently attending Northern Michigan University.
** Amelia has moved to Marquette for the season, but will be returning in May! She will still be working on some costumes and other custom pieces as available.
May appointments are now available here! If none of the dates/times available work for you, please send a message and I will try to find one that works. Open appointments for June will be available soon.

Kelsey is our go-to prop and jewelry maker!

Contact Amelia, she will give information directly!
I am the newly recruited Social Media Manager! My job is too spread word about the amazing things Madrigal Threads is doing! I am majoring in Marketing at UW-Whitewater, and plan to graduate in December 2023! I was in theater through high school and was apart of Head Table Madrigals myself! It is an honor to work with Amelia again!
As the bookkeeper it is my job to keep track of the finances for Madrigal Threads. I’m currently studying forensic accounting through Purdue, and plan on graduating in 2024. When I’m not reading or doing math, I am almost always working on or rehearsing for regional theatre productions.
